Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is building a nationwide network of U.S.-licensed Contract Attorneys for upcoming eDiscovery and litigation support projects with leading law firms and corporate legal departments. Our clients engage us to support eDiscovery matters ranging from short-term assignments to long-term engagements. From time to time, we also have opportunities for deposition-related assignments, staff attorney positions, and other contract legal roles.

Compensation: Most projects range from $25-$50+/hour, depending on project scope, experience, client requirements, and level of responsibility. Opportunities requiring specialized eDiscovery expertise, foreign language proficiency, Team Lead responsibilities, or other niche skill sets may offer higher rates. Specific compensation details will be provided when project opportunities become available.

Location: Remote opportunities available nationwide

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support eDiscovery workflows in accordance with project protocols and client guidelines.
  • Conduct relevance, issue, confidentiality, privilege, and quality control reviews as part of larger eDiscovery matters.
  • Utilize platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, Everlaw, Concordance, Viewpoint, and other legal technology solutions.
  • Support litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and other legal projects for law firms and corporate legal departments.

What You'll Need

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
  • Prior eDiscovery experience preferred.
  • Experience with Relativity, DISCO, Everlaw, or similar legal technology platforms.
  • Experience with privilege review, quality control review, and other eDiscovery workflows is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
